KIM WESTON RELEASED FROM JAIL

From:   nwj2813@lycos.com ( Detective Neil W. Jones)
Our neighborhood handyman Kim Weston has been released from jail.  I'd like
your readers to know that Kim Weston was ordered to stay away from PSA 201,
202, and 203.  If he is seen, contact the police immediately.  Do not allow
him to enter your home for any reason.  I've heard he can come up with some
interesting stories to gain your trust in him.  Mr. Weston's routine consists
of him soliciting from door to door asking if he can clean your gutters.
Once inside your home he may name some of your neighbors as his customers.
He may ask for something to drink or ask if he can use your bathroom.  Once
he's out of your sight he will steal anything of value (jewelry, petty cask,
blank checks, etc.).  Anyone spotting Kim Weston should contact the police.
Kim Weston is described as a light complexioned black male, approx. 5'6",
145lbs (slim build), and a bald head with facial hair.  May be wearing a
baseball cap.
Any questions or concerns, contact the 2D Detectives Unit @ 202-282-0043

[I'd suggest you dial 911 if you spot him and say that the 2D Police are
looking for him (or a man of this description) if he comes into this area.
Tell them there's a Stay-Away Order on him. Mention Det. Jones, if necessary.
